PlastiPipe supplies soft-and-rigid co-extruded PVC profiles that combine a structural carrier with a flexible sealing or cushioning edge. Both materials are formed together during extrusion, reducing separate assembly and helping maintain a continuous interface along the profile.

Design Review
The flexible lip geometry should be selected from compression, gap, movement and environmental exposure. The rigid carrier must match the mounting edge, slot or panel thickness. A section drawing is required for accurate tooling review.
