Engineering and Load Review
PP is lightweight and corrosion-resistant, but it is not automatically suitable for every curtain installation. Tube stiffness and deflection depend on diameter, wall thickness, unsupported span, bracket spacing, curtain weight, temperature and connector design.
Buyers should provide the intended span and load before quotation. Heavy curtains, long unsupported spans or safety-critical installations may require a different section, closer support spacing, internal reinforcement or another material system.
