PP Curtain Rod Tube Overview
We supply PP curtain rod tube for OEM curtain-pole and interior-component buyers. Outside diameter is 19 mm, 22 mm, 25 mm or 28 mm. These four sizes only.
This is the tube, not a finished curtain rod. Rings, brackets, end caps and finials are not included. Load, unsupported span and bracket spacing still have to match the chosen OD and wall.

Engineering and Load Review
PP is lightweight and corrosion-resistant, but it is not automatically suitable for every curtain installation. Tube stiffness and deflection depend on diameter, wall thickness, unsupported span, bracket spacing, curtain weight, temperature and connector design.
Buyers should provide the intended span and load before quotation. Heavy curtains, long unsupported spans or safety-critical installations may require a different section, closer support spacing, internal reinforcement or another material system.
Accessory Compatibility
Rings, brackets, connectors, end caps and finials must match one of the four outside diameters. Send accessory drawings or samples if the tube has to fit a part you already buy. We do not quote a complete rod set.
Export Packing
Long PP curtain rod tubes can be supplied with protective film, bundle straps, dividers, long cartons or narrow pallet packing. Packing is selected according to tube length, surface protection, color separation and container-loading requirements.

Is this curtain rod tube made from polypropylene?
Yes. This page covers custom polypropylene curtain rod tube. PP is lightweight and suitable for selected light-duty decorative rod projects, but the final section and support design must be reviewed against the actual span and curtain load.
Can the tube diameter and wall thickness be customized?
Outside diameter is 19, 22, 25 or 28 mm. Wall thickness is selected for the span and curtain load inside those four sizes. We do not supply other outside diameters on this page.

Can you supply custom colors and decorative surfaces?

Not automatically. Deflection depends on tube diameter, wall thickness, span, temperature, curtain weight, bracket spacing and connection design. Send the actual installation data so feasibility can be reviewed before quotation.
Can the tube be cut to custom lengths?
Yes. Straight cut lengths can be supplied according to the buyer’s dimensions, subject to extrusion, transport and packaging limits.
Do you supply a complete curtain rod with rings, brackets and finials?
No. We supply the PP tube. Rings, brackets, connectors, end caps and decorative finials are sourced or fitted by the buyer. Send accessory drawings if the tube must match an existing fitting.
How are long curtain rod tubes packed for export?
Tubes can be protected with film, bundled with straps and packed in long cartons or on narrow pallets according to length, color protection and container-loading requirements.
